The number of crime incidents in Phoenix, AZ saw an overall increase last month, after a previous rise, according to data from CrimeoMeter. Incidents increased to 12,859 for Apr-2025 up from 12,598 for Mar-2025 (+2.1% change).


Among the types of offenses that saw an uptick last month, reports of Drug/Narcotic Violations went from 666 to 794 incidents (+19.2% change). Incidents of Simple Assault rose from 1,404 to 1,586 incidents (+13% change). Burglary/Breaking & Entering went up from 847 to 883 incidents (+4.3% change).
